Sparkler Sparkling Blush is an aromatic blend of 50% Riesling and 50% Cabernet Franc, made using the cuvee close method. An abundance of fruit with yeasty notes and a wonderfully crisp and refreshing finish.

Tasting Notes
Bubbly, crisp and refreshing. Aromas and flavours of citrus (lime, lemon and grapefruit), flint and yeast. A crisp and refreshing finish on the palate. Best serving temperature 6 to 9 C.
Winemaker Notes
This aromatic Sparkling Blsuh was made in the Cuvé Close method from fruit harvested from the Niagara Peninsula. Fermented in stainless steel down to dryness. Following stabilization and sterile filtration, the wine base underwent secondary fermentation to 15.8 g/L residual sugar in specialized pressurized tanks followed by battonage.
