The crisp acidity and firm tannins produce a long finish on the palate Recommended Serving Temperatures 16° to 19°C
The LIMITED Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 was produced from berries hand-harvested on 23rd November, 2015 from our outstanding Niagara-on-the-Lake Home Farm. The must was fermented in small batch open bins before transfer to oak barrels. Following 19 months oak maturation, 2 barriques, which expressed the opulent vintage and terroir, were blended then bottled unfiltered to retain the richness of the wine.
