An oaky and muscular wine. Vibrant acidity balances very well with aromas and flavours of orange blossom, orange peel green apple, vanilla, cloves, spice, almond, walnuts, caramel, and butterscotch, producing a flavourful finish on the palate.

Sommelier Suggestion: Almond Trout. Butter and almonds reflect the nutty character in the wine; pair with mid-flavoured trout, which will not overwhelm the wine or with buttered grilled fish where flavours from the grill complement the wine's oaky aspect.
