		Tasting Notes
			On the nose, aromas of strawberry, raspberry, blueberry are present along with notes of toasty almond, coffee, tobacco and roasted red pepper. On the palate notes of blackberry, anise and mocha are present. the wine has a firm structure and has a long, velvety finish with traces of "Four Mile Creek dust". Best drinking 2027. Cellar 2030 to 2032.

			Full-bodied Cabernet Francs such as the 2020 Terroir Cabernet Franc thrive with herb-driven, earthy and savory dishes which can balance the tannins and complement the herbaceous undertones. Pair with roasted lamb, roast duck or wild game. The earthiness of the wine also makes it an excellent accompaniment to tomato based dished such as eggplant parmesan or ratatouille. For cheese look to washed-rind cheese like Munster or Taleggio or even the classic pairing of goat cheese with Cabernet Franc.
