An elegant, classically-styled Sauvignon Blanc with flavours of stone and tropical fruit with undertones of fresh cut grass on the finish.We consider Sauvignon Blanc to the ultimate white varietal for Niagara and the Strewn fruit-forward style is smoother and less acidic than you might expect from this varietal. Fruit from five rows of the upper vineyard portion of the winery Home Farm is exclusively used, which means only about 120 cases of top-tier Terroir Sauvignon Blanc is produced.

Tasting Notes
Aromas and flavours of orange blossom, lime peel, lemongrass, ripe nectarine, mandarin, white grapefruit, gooseberries, green orange, and a little of the typical varietal green grass. Its acidity is vibrant and crisp producing a beautiful mouthfeel. Best Serving Temperature 7° to 10°C
Winemaker Notes
Produced from fruit harvested from the small vineyard beside the winery. The juice was fermented to dryness, using a specialty yeast at cooler temperatures in a stainless-steel tank with a resultant 13.7% alcohol. This allowed the vibrant aromatics and citrusy herbal flavours to be expressive. The wine was cold and heat stabilized before being bottled through a sterile filter under screw cap.
Food Pairing Notes
Probably the best varietal to match with asparagus and goat cheese. The cut grass notes and the refreshing acidity go well with salads, particularly those with herb vinaigrettes and peppery baby arugula.
