This blend is a true reflection of the exceptional 2020 growing season with its expressive, vibrant aromas and flavours, along with seamless integration of flavours that provides intriguing nuance, complexity, structure and balance. Drink now or cellar for several years. Best Serving Temperature 16° to 19° C.
Winemaker Notes
The 2020 vintage was perfect from start to finish with hot, dry summer followed by an equally lovely fall. To develop maximum flavour in our red wines, we like to leave the grapes on the vines until mid to late November.
Food Pairing Notes
This is a very versatile wine. pair with roast beef or hearty beef stews. The wine also pairs with Italian dishes such as lasagna or Bolognese pastas and even earthy mushroom risottos. Enjoy with hamburgers on the grill or barbecued short ribs. For vegetarian options pair with grilled Portobello mushrooms, eggplant parmesan or lentil stew with herbs.
