Tasting Notes
An oaky and muscular wine. Vibrant acidity balances very well with aromas and flavours of orange blossom, orange peel green apple, vanilla, cloves, spice, almond, walnuts, caramel, and butterscotch, producing a flavourful finish on the palate.

Almond trout/ buttered grill fish with flaked almonds
Butter and almonds reflect the nutty character in wine; try with mid-flavoured trout, which will not overwhelm the wine or buttered grilled fish where flavours from the grill complement the oak aspect of the wine.
