Brix at Harvest
Hand harvested 20th October, 2018 from the Home farm and crushed to small, open top bin ferments. Primary and secondary malolactic fermentation was followed by pressing to French and American oak barrels for 19 months. Three barrels were selected - one new French Oak, one new American Oak and One seasoned American - which showcased the flavours of the Home Farm vineyard.
