DSL Sauvignon Upper Block comes from five rows at the south end of the small vineyard at the winery. Lighter, with vibrant citrus notes, than its sister Lower Block.
DSL Sauvignon Lower Block comes from 12 short rows going down to the creek in the small vineyard at the winery. Heavier and more complex, with delicate stone fruit and savoury spice, than its sister Upper Block.

Muselet is the French word for the wire cage that fits over the cork in a bottle of sparkling wine. Our Muselet Traditional is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. It is classified as Brut but is rich in flavour.
