While winemaker Marc Bradshaw is a huge fan of Canadian Oak barrels, he readily admits it took several vintages to figure out how to best utilize the qualities the wood can impart to wine. The 2018 vintage is the third LIMITED Cabernets Canadian Oak that Marc has crafted and is a three barrel blend - two barrels Cabernet Sauvignon and one barrel Cabernet Franc.

Winemaker Notes
We let the Home Farm fruit hang on the vines as long as possible, and it came in exceptionally ripe at 25°Brix. The wine was fermented in open barrels to maximize extraction and concentration.
