Aromas and flavours of raspberries, blackberries, black cherries, plums, cassis, violets, carnations,, menthol, eucalyptus, black tea, licorice, vanilla, mocha, toasty oak, tobacco, and crushed rock. The crisp acidity and firm tannins produce a long finish on the palate

Winemaker Notes
The LIMITED Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 was produced from berries hand-harvested on 23rd November, 2015 from our outstanding Niagara-on-the-Lake Home Farm. The must was fermented in small batch open bins before transfer to oak barrels. Following 19 months oak maturation, 2 barriques, which expressed the opulent vintage and terroir, were blended then bottled unfiltered to retain the richness of the wine.
