Aromas and flavours of orange blossom, lime peel, lemongrass, ripe nectarine, mandarin, white grapefruit, gooseberries, green orange, and a little of the typical varietal green grass. Its acidity is vibrant and crisp producing a beautiful mouthfeel. Best Serving Temperature 7° to 10°C.
Food Pairing Notes
Probably the best varietal to match with asparagus and goat cheese. The cut grass notes and the refreshing acidity go well with salads, particularly those with herb vinaigrettes and peppery baby arugula.
