Herbal and fruity. Aromas and flavours of violets, black tea, menthol, vanilla, coffee, strawberries, blackberries and tobacco. The finish is well-balanced with its acidity and smooth tannins. Best Serving Temperature 16° to 19° C.

The Strewn Home Farm vineyard comprises two distinct soil types – clay and sandy. The sandy soil allows for more aromatic wines with greater elegance on the palate. Produced from fruit harvested 23rd November, 2015 at 24.8 Bx. After fermentation in small stainless steel bins with malo-lactic fermentation, the wines were pressed then aged in French, American and Canadian oak barrels for a period of 19 months. 4 barrels for specially selected for blending with bottling was undertaken after pad filtration.
