Opened up beautifully after five years in the bottle and now ready to drink. Intriguing aromas and an elegant, intense palate with mellow tannins and refreshing acidity. Will cellar for up to another five years.

An iconic varietal of the Niagara Peninsula, grapes for this 2012 Cabernet Franc Terroir were harvested during one of the most stellar seasons on record. Picked from three top-tier vineyards, including the home farm, the wines were fermented separately before maturation in American (92%) and French (8%) oak barriques for 19 months. A blend of 12 barrels from equal parts new and old oak, the 2012 Cabernet Franc shows a gorgeous delicacy while staying true to itself, and will age gracefully throughout the years to come.
