You don't see much of this grape in Niagara...pity. The pale straw colour gives way to vibrant aromas and flavors. Medium bodied and reminiscent of juicy ripe apples touched with a drop of honeyed lemon. Refreshing acidity, mineral notes and a hint of toast finish this wine. Sip on its own or pour with spicy Asian dishes.
